On Monday (November 1st, 2010) my awesome English/history teacher Mrs. Berg handed out these purple papers my first thought was UH-OH because when Mrs. Berg hands out a project you know there will be no rest until that project is D-O-N-E!! Picking up the paper, I read the topic that was written in big bold letters; Peace and Conflict: What's the Big Idea? My heart beat tripled in panic. But while reading the stuff you could do for your project I came across BLOG and my life just became a lot easier because I LOVE blogs!
But my moment of peace was short lived because I had to answer one out of three peace/conflict questions:
Is peace possible, or is conflict inevitable?
Is peace always desirable?
Is conflict ever a "good" thing?
I was ready to rip my hair out in frustration, because on top of that you had to tie in your answer to your classes in school; humanities, math/sciences, and specials. My frustration slowly turned into a smile as I had an idea what to do for the Humanities; Character Building! Because character building is my favorite part of writing. But what question to do..... I picked: Is conflict ever a "good" thing. The bud of an idea slowly turned into a blossoming flower. So here is my peace/conflict project.
Enjoy! ;)
